What the form adds automatically
To save you typing and to understand your enquiry accurately, the form attaches the following.
- The URL of the page you submitted from
- The verification layer, purpose and recommended products you selected in the diagnostic wizard
- The date and time of submission (Japan Standard Time)
What is recorded when you visit
- IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages viewed, and date and time of access
2. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and send documents or quotations
- To propose products and services and to respond to technical questions
- To provide post-contract support and maintenance, and to share product information
- To analyse how this site is used and improve it
If we need to use your data beyond these purposes, we will ask for your consent again.
3. Sharing and outsourcing
Technical enquiries to manufacturers
Where we cannot answer a technical question ourselves, we may consult the manufacturers we represent (KEOLABS, ICC Solutions, Barnes International, B2 Payment Solutions, PaytestLab, Alcinéo, the MULTOS Consortium, Bureau Veritas ICTK and others). In that case we share only the technical detail needed for an answer, and we never pass on your name or contact details without your consent.

Both are used under our control, and we supervise their handling of personal data as required.
Transfers outside Japan
As set out above, your enquiry and browsing data are stored on servers in the United States. The United States is not recognised as having a data protection regime equivalent to Japan's, so the transfer takes place on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. 4. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4, measurement ID G-NEKGTEYB3D) to understand how it is used. It collects browsing data through cookies, but this data does not identify you personally.
To stop this collection, you can install Google's opt-out add-on ↗ or disable cookies in your browser. Neither affects your ability to read this site.
reCAPTCHA
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated spam submissions. It collects data under Google's Privacy Policy ↗ and Terms of Service ↗.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: we keep these after your enquiry is closed, so that we can provide ongoing support and handle any follow-up. Contact us at the address below if you would like yours deleted.
- Analytics data: retained for the default period set by Google Analytics.
6. Security measures
- Every page on this site is served over HTTPS, so traffic is encrypted.
- Access to enquiries is limited to the staff who need it for their work.
- The form tells you not to enter confidential information, passwords or private keys.
7. Requesting disclosure, correction or deletion
On request, we will disclose, correct, add to, delete or stop using the personal data we hold about you. Please contact us at the address below. We will verify your identity and respond as the law requires.
